if you do a make clean, the src/util/ss Makefile deletes ct_c.awk and
ct_c.sed, and the src/util/et Makefile deletes et_c.awk and et_h.awk,
when it really shouldn't. trivial but annoying.
Thanks for reporting this bug. It has already been fixed in our sources
and the next release won't have this problem.
