After struggling with the installation and having all kinds of problems I have
discovered that the make install did not work porperly. I get no errors but
many of the man pages are not being installed and several modules are not
installed either. For example kadmind5 was not installed and kpasswd appears
to be installed from old.kpasswd rather than kpasswd. I config'ed this for
V4 compatability but I thought that was to accomodate OTHER hosts that were
running V4 but it seems it made the KDC host V4 as well.

Can anyone tell me what I did wrong and since I've decided to forget V4
compatability will that solve the problem? Can I reconfig to for V5 only
and reinstall correctly or do I need to remove all the old stuff in the
public directories first?

I also discovered that the services.append does not have an entry for
'changepw' as required by kadmind5. The comments indicate that the service
name should be 'kerberos-adm' but the code wants 'changepw'. I added the
latter as an alias. Did I do the right thing? kpasswd (v5) gives the error:

cannot find server for this realm.

With no man pages porperly installed and what I think is a mess, what do I do
now?
