1-Gss-API librairies (implemented with Krb5b5) are part of the Kerberos 5
Beta 5 distribution:

Server and client examples are provided. This package is a good
starting point. However are tests showned some memory leaks,
So we started to look at different commercial product such as
Openvision
CyberSAFE
OSF DCE 1.1 (implement also and extension to the API)
which support the standard GSS-API definitions based on Internet
rfc-1508, and
rfc-1509.
2-John Linn (rfc-1508) as published a draft on the Gss-API version 2
and is actually part of the Openvision team.
