Has anyone actually done this? I am aware of the OSF RFC 92.0 Short answer: YES. HP has demonstrated this functionality through a set of patches to fix the KRB5 bugaboos wrt DCE. John Brezak of the HP DCE team gave a presentation on this last August @ the DCE Developer's conference. You can also ping Doug Engert @ Argonne on this. He has done extensive testing on this matter. His email is DEEngert@anl.gov. >January 1996 that describes the intent to provide interoperability in DCE 1.2.2 >(and support berkeley r commands - yeah!). With DCE 1.2.2 you will not have to jerk yourself around -- it will be (officialy) supported (and tested) in the baseline OSF code. >I realize that at this point it isn't something that is supported, but if I can >get enough of it working until 1.2.2 comes up, I wil be quite happy... > You will indeed. -Jonathan Jonathan Chinitz IntelliSoft Corp.
