I use "pop" as the service name because it maintains consistency with
MIT. If I want local users to be able to use mail software written
elsewhere, I'd better be consistent with the rest of the world.
TechMail uses pop as the service name, which is a good enough reason
for me to use "pop" locally.
I don't like the idea of using rcmd as the service name. It makes
sense (to me) to leave the remote-command service name for remote
command services, and to use other service names for other services as
appropriate. I can't think of any particular security problems that
are introduced by using the "rcmd" service for kpop, but it seems
inelegant.
