Easy answer here. Transarc shipped a broken kaserver. Dan Lovinger
submitted the first patch (when he worked here) and i the second which
fix the error codes returned in the UDP side of the kaserver. Ask your
administrative-type person to pick up UDP error code patches for the
kaserver and rebuild (or if you have a binary license, get a new
binary). The point is, it's Transarc's fault.
