need help with compiling kerberos V5 on linux.

Hi:
I have tried to compile Kerberos V5 on my Linux box at home. Everything
seems to be fine until I tried "make check". I got a message telling me
that MD5 doesn't work properly. The output of MD5 code compiled on my
machine doesn't produce the same output as it is supposed to be according
to MD5 test data.
Does anyone have any suggestion on how to fix this compilation problem?
