I'm sure this question has been answered many times, but I can't seem to find
it in the FAQ.

We are trying to use version 4.9 over a network of interlinked LANs via
gateway nodes. Messages are rejected because the internet address in the
message doesn't match the destinations node's idea of what the address should
be. I seem to remember a thread on this subject several montha ago. I think
the conclusion was that the Kerb 4.9 implementation didn't handle nodes with
multiple IP adresses very well and disabling the IP address check was the only
sure workaround short of migrating to version 5.

Comments?

Thanks in advance.
