Can anyone tell me *precisely* what this error means?

  Kerberos rlogin failed: Incorrect network address (krb_rd_req)

It's not documented as far as I can tell. It's occuring when I try to
use rlogin/rsh from a *.ucs.indiana.edu host to a *.indiana.edu host
(our realm is UCS.INDIANA.EDU). Hosts on both sides have

  .INDIANA.EDU UCS.INDIANA.EDU
  INDIANA.EDU UCS.INDIANA.EDU
  INDIANA.EDU. UCS.INDIANA.EDU

in their krb.realms files. Oddly, this doesn't occur between all
architectures.  It only occurs with

  HP/UX  -> Ultrix
  Ultrix -> OSF/1
  Linux  -> OSF/1

It works fine with

  HP/UX  -> OSF/1
  IRIX   -> Ultrix or OSF/1
  Linux  -> Ultrix

Unfortunately, I don't have anything but Ultrix and OSF/1 machines in
the "indiana.edu" domain for further testing. I'm using the latest
release of Cygnus' "CNS" distribution of Kerberos.

Any words of wisdom or pointers on what to look for would be *greatly*
appreciated!
