Assuming that the application is doing normal winsock stuff that works
under Win16, I can't think of a single reason why it couldn't run
under NT. Suspects are:

	- different environment variables: maybe the environment variable
	  that points at the ticket files needs to be set system-wide and
	  was set locally instead?
	- lack of something else that had to be set up by hand? 
	- Different versions of WinSock, though it should complain about
	  this explicitly rather than giving a general failure.

Do you have any of the wimpier utilities to try? kinit/klist? It might
be worth copying a ticket file to your NT machine and seeing if it can
at least list the tickets in it...
