Correct. In order to export our package generalized encryption routines have
been removed. The kit can be used for full athuthentication and checksum.
If the demand exist we could make a package including the generalized encryption, which we use internal to the code, within the US and Canada.
The code will intercommunicate with any MIT package except for the encryption
routines.
Of course if you plan to use a your software outside the US this is the kit
to use.
