telnetd that'll speak both V4 and V5?

They're seperate telnet protocol options, but the Cray telnetd supplied with
4.4BSD and Kerberos 5 doesn't seem to build with both -DKRB4 and -DKRB5.
Haven't tried to build a client that'll do both, either.

This poses a very substantial problem to me, since I want to use K5, but
*must* supply a K4 telnetd for my IP customers, who are for the most part
using Macintoshes with the Cornell K4 port or DOS boxes with some DOS K4.

I guess I can deal with running the K5 telnetd on another port, but this is
exactly the problem that Telnet options are supposed to avoid, right? What a
nuisance.

Anyone else fighting with this already, or should I go do it myself?
