There are several different things out there that are or were called
"RFS". 

This one was almost certainly Todd Brunhoff's "RFS", which was posted
to either net.sources or mod.sources (I forget which) back around 1986
or so.  I ported it to Athena and Kerberized back before Athena had
either an NFS source license or a working copy of AFS.
