I would like to use Kerberos V5 outside USA, at Warsaw University
in Poland. I received answer from MIT Technology Licensing Office,
that I can use sources (available through ftp) without crypting
   functions.

There is a version of Kerberos V4 called Bones that does not have
encryption code; see the Kerberos FAQ for details.

No such version of Kerberos V5 presently exists. If the MIT
Technology Licensing Office told you it, they were confused (which
isn't surprising, they probably don't have the time to keep up on new
versions of Kerberos :-). Perhaps someone from MIT DCNS should
correct them.
