Hi,
I'm interested in setting up a Kerberos server for our network. I've
downloaded krb5-B4.1.tar.Z from athena-dist.mit.edu and I've managed to
succesfully compile it.
So, now what? I've done my 'make install' and everything is happily in /krb5
on the machine that's going to be the kerberos server. Meanwhile, I've
looked everywhere for documentation on how to properly get this thing
running. I've found the FAQ, but it contains no information on how to get
the server running. I've found some old doc (operation.PS) that describes
(minimally) how to get a Kerberos IV server going, but it says nothing about
how to configure the krb.conf file, nor does it seem to map well into the
Kerberos V applications.
PLEASE! Any pointers to some sort of "howto" on this? I'm sorry if this is
an annoying question, but I'm at wits end on this one, and I haven't seen to
many of these questions asked in the last month that I've lurked here.
Thanks in advance!
