2 people have already asked me to forward replies to them. Here is one I
got. I have not confirmed this works yet, since I'm leaving on vacation
shortly. It will be a month before I return. Probably another after that
before I get to this again.

The directory is actually /pub/kerberos/dist/910607
This tells you to check v4 docs, which I think I pulled from /pub/kerberos/doc.

You can try ftp'ing the installation doc from the older version of
kerbereros at athena-dist.mit.edu, login:anonymous, password: your
email addr., and then cd pub/kerberos5/dist/910607. There is a
doc directory which has a small write up on installation.
