Hi,
I just joined this mailing list, I hope I can get answer
for the following questions:
1. I retrieved a copy of MIT Kerberos V5 beta 3 from the
athena-dist FTP machine recently. From the readme file,
I understand this require the export license from U.S.
government to export it. Other than that, can we integrate
it as part of our commercial product? Do we need to pay
licence fee to any party involved to use it in our commercial
product?
2. Other general question on encryption modules:
Regarding the DES encryption module, do we need to pay
any party to use it in our commercial product? How about
MD2 and MD5 message digest modules, do we need to pay
license fee/royalty to use it in our commercial product?
