DCE Security servers are largely compatible with MIT-V5 clients (and
servers for inter-realm access). Prior to DCE 1.0.3 there were bugs in the
DCE implementation (It was using BER (Basic Encoding Rules) instead of DER
(Distinguished Encoding Rules) for encoding ASN.1 data.) As of 1.0.3 the
DCE code only generates BER encodings (though it still understands both
forms of messages coming in).

Currently the DCE Security server does not listen to port 750 and does not
support the V4 protocol. It is possible that this support will be later
release of the DCE.
