I would assume that small changes could be posted here.
Bigger changes should be placed in a TAR file where folks could get
it with FTP.   The best place for a TAR file is on the MIT system that
has the Kerberos 5 source.

Speaking of 64-bit architecture, would this also apply to the DEC Alpha
system?   Has anyone ported Kerberos 5 Beta 3 to the DEC Alpha?
If so, I assume there were some changes required.  Have those changes
been passed back to MIT?
