where is "get_pwd_and_phrase"?

The function "get_pwd_and_phrase" is called from the Kerberos 5, pre-beta
3 version of "adm_negotiate_key" when MACH_PASS (or SANDIA) is enabled.
Unfortunately, "get_pwd_and_phrase" does not exist. Is this a routine
that was left as an excerise to the person needing machine generated
passwords?
Just curious, as I don't need machine generated passwords yet.
