Well, if you go by historical precedence, krb_prop at MIT is 754.
DEC did what they wanted to do, so who knows....

krb_prop was written to use getservbyname, so whatever you use, as long
as you are consistant on both sides is fine. kpropd is only used within
a site (and not between kerberos realms), so it makes no difference
which port you use.
