[1924] in Kerberos

Anyone here know why I get a message looked like this
"Kerberos error: Principal unknown (kerberos)" after I use 'kpasswd' command?
I know that I have that principal, since I can get a ticket for the same
principal using the 'kinit' command. I think there must be something wrong in
file '/etc/krb.conf' but I can't find it.
The file of mine look like this:

CSIE
CSIE info4 admin server
-----------------------
And I didn't use the '/etc/realms' file.
By the way, all the environment is set on the same machine 'info4'.
The 'kerberos' and 'kadmind' is also running.
