You might try checking bitsy.mit.edu

I believe that is where I found the '88 design manual documentation that
does an excellent job of explaining the theory and design of Kerberos. One
of the read-me files will point you to a distribution site for a more
current version of the software than is found on bitsy.

NOTE: PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR RETURN ADDRESS IN THE BODY
OF YOUR NOTE OR IN YOUR .SIG FILE --- THE SOFTWARE
ON MY END DOES NOT PASS YOUR RETURN ADDRESS FROM
             THE MESSAGE HEADER TO ME!
