One of the interesting pieces of data would be to look at the load that is
put on the Kerberos Server. If the only kerberized applications are the
rcmds (rlogin, rsh, rcp) then it would make sense that a small server would
handle large numbers of users. But if a large number of applications are
kerberized (as in a true client/server environment), then the load would demand
a more powerful server.

What would be useful information to gather is the number of AUTH_REQUESTS
and APPL_REQUESTS that occur to a server in an eight-hour day.  Actually,
more fine-grained data would be even better.

But in the philosophy of the net, if users would mail me their statistics on
the number of requests their kerberos server has to field in eight hour
periods, then I'll summarize and post it in a couple of weeks. I'd also be
willing to include a summary of the platforms which different organizations
are using.
