Kerberos V4 kpasswd/kadmin problem

Hello Kerber's,
I've just installed Kerberos V4 Patchlevel 9 on a Sun SS1+
with SunOS 4.1.1. I am not able to use kpasswd with my "null"
instance, or use kadmin to create new entries using my "admin"
instance. It complains about not being able to get the Kerberor
ticket or TGT.
The machine called "warroom" is my master server and I created
a "changepw.warroom" with kdb_edit and extracted/installed a
srvtab for that machine. No matter which machine I try to change
my password from it fails. Anybody got any tips for me ?
