[1571] in Kerberos

Please send mail to nabors@wes.army.mil because there is a problem with my
mailer.
After successfully executing kinit to create a ticket and klist to list the
ticket I proceeded to execute the kpasswd command.
NOTE: olc is a valid user on the server (joanna listed in /etc/passwd file).
When executing kpasswd, I receive the following information:
kpasswd
old password for olc: /* I use the password that I issued to
olc via kdb_edit. olc has an admin
instance. */
lrealm is WES.ARMY.MIL
krb_udp_port is 750
Getting host entry for joanna.wes.army.mil ... Got it.
Sending message to 134.164.32.4 ... Sent
Waiting for reply ... received packet from 134.164.32.4
Received it

New Password for olc: /* entered new password */
Verifying, please reenter New password for olc;
kpasswd: Can't find Kerberos ticket or tgt attempting to change password
Password not changed.
Can you tell me what's happening?
Thanks so much for you previous assistance. I apologize for the problem with my
mailer. It was the reason that I never received my mail concerning questions
on Kerberos.
