sending your query multiple times will not ensure you get an answer;
it will only ensure that the people who can answer your concern have
cluttered mailboxes. the kerberos list isn't a list of people who are
paid to answer questions; it is a list of kerberos users who help out
each other with problems as best they can ... and it's probably best
to use the list in this spirit.
