Hi,
Unfortunately at this time, older browser versions do not fully support
cascading style sheets.  We cannot rely on them if we want to ensure that
our pages are accessible to a large and varied audience.

Regarding the color scheme, we will be doing research in the upcoming weeks
to see if we can find a set of colors that will add a bit more life to the
pages and at the same time group them in an identifiable manner.

We appreciate your comments, and thank you for the time you took to share them.
