The programs are there, but you probably can't see them because
you're not on MIT's network. The scripts happen to live in the same
area as the Mac OS system software, so they're off-limits to those
outside MIT's network.
If you *are* on our network, you can get them from:
ftp://net-dist.mit.edu/mit/macos/web/extras/
If you aren't on MITnet, try this link instead:
ftp://css.mit.edu/Public/Network/Netscape/Scripts/
