Hi all,
Apparently I have misunderstood the following email sent to me by Jonathan,
and gave incorrect info about the plans for the Computing Help Desk IP form:
Hi Kris,
I spoke to Chris Griffith and he is making plans to improve the single
request form and is planning on making it smarter such that it does the
right thing and there is one place for the clients to go to. He hopes to
have the beginnings of something by late December.
Thanks,
Jonathan
I tried to direct this inquiry to the correct team. Perhaps someone more
qualified could step forward and address this person's concern about the
form.
Thanks,
Kris
