Hi Kris,
How would you like me to respond to Michele?
This form is explicitly for requesting 4 or more IP addresses which is
fielded by Departmental Computing Support. The form clearly stated 5
(which I have now changed to 4) requests and provided a link to the single
drop request form. The helpdesk handles requests under 4 and I don't have
much of a say on making their form meet this need.
