The Help Desk handles bad drop calls. A short sentence in the intro
paragraph might be sufficent, something along the lines of:
"If you need help using your network connection, or are having problems
with it, you may contact the Computing Help Desk (Mac Help: 3-1101, PC
Help: 3-1102.)"
And add a hyperlink to the Help Desk's web page.
While you're at it, please remove the reference to our 3-1104 phone number,
which is being phased out. We want customers to self-select Mac or PC.
