Hi Chris,

Even if http://web.mit.edu/is/help/network/index.html is not the right page
for the information, I think it would be customer friendly for IS to post
advice on how to report a bad network drop, including "what information the
Help Desk needs about the problem so the user can gather this info before
hand." (assuming that the Help Desk is the place to call.)

Who, in fact, is in charge of handling "bad drop" calls from customers?
