Under the Services list: Telephones section there is a link to
"Installations and Changes in Service" that brings you to new line
information supplied by the Telephone Customer Service Representatives.
You can also access the main Telephone support page by selecting the top
link in the Telephone section of the Services page. Since only departmental
Administrative Officers are supposed to use the form, we decided against
listing it with the other request forms on the services page.

The explanations page that you refer to several times is an explanation of
the Telephone Service Request form, it is not meant to be used as a
reference tool for telephones and service on it's own, that is why it is
not linked from any other page in the locker except the Telephone Service
Request form, and has no meta-tags in the source code. Regarding the typos
and non-parallelisms... the spelling checked out okay, Janet is going to
review it for content/grammar and I'll implement the changes. Please
forward along any suggestions you may have in the meantime to help us make
the page more user-friendly.

The signature aspect of the explanation page was kept in because some
Administrative Officers prefer to print out the form and fax it over to
Telecom. It was an oversight not to re-word it to make it clearer. It
will be taken care of momentarily.

Please don't hesitate to forward along any more observations. They are
very constructive.

Kris
