Bear in mind that the PGP page in the network locker is out of date (last
mod 1997).
I don't know if this should be canonical "right" answer, but if someone
asked me for PGP, I would direct them to:
http://www.pgpi.com/
pgpi.com has versions for Mac OS, Windows, UNIX, VMS and several other OS'es.
