Delay in publicizing IS Web pages to IS staff

Hi Jim,
Before she left, Suzana indicated that I would be publicizing the url for
the new IS Web pages this week and asking for feedback from IS staff. The
team (actually a small subset since many members were away) decided to hold
off a bit longer.
As we started to ponder the best way to respond to the anticipated
feedback, we realized that we needed to have a maintenance plan in place up
front. Otherwise, version control could get out of hand (feedback is
received by all members of the team via the is-home mail list). Team
members proposed a few different methods for version control, but before we
can make a final decision, it's important that Suzana and Kevin weigh in.
I will be on vacation next week, so I will let Suzana and the team work
through the version control issue. I expect, though, that this won't hold
up publicizing the url by more than a week.
