Hi Kate,
I checked the links at the top of the PA Process page and they appear to be
working fine. If you were at home, and your modem is slower there, it is
possible that the page was not fully loaded when you tried to click on the
links.
As far as the downloadable pages go, I am meeting with Jag Patel on Friday
to go over any other possible options. Did you try to change the View
setting in Word to Normal? It may help the appearance of the file. I tried
to clean up the documents as well as I could but I think there may be
limitations as to what can be done on all machine platforms using the rtf
format. Jag and I will be discussing the possibility of using a writable
pdf file when we meet on Friday and I will let you know what other
solutions we come up with.
Kris

Kris,
I would like to send message to 'infosys',letting everyone know that the
forms are up on the web for viewing. I didn't test out the downloading, is
it working better now? I'm at home and my modem is a little slow.
Also, when I clicked on the links at the top of the PA Process page, nothing
happened.
Thanks,
Kate
