New draft locker

Hi all,
I just created a new folder in the is/dev locker called "draft"
http://web.mit.edu/is/dev/draft
that I would like to begin using to test out pages that I am working on.
Currently the only two residents are services and services-index (copies of
which remain in the tel locker for non-is home people that are currently
reviewing the pages). If this name is confusing to other people that use
the dev locker, I can change it anytime.
