Outdated link to single IP address request web form on MITnet Service web page.
** Location (URL):

** Correction:
Make the "single request" link point to:
http://web.mit.edu/helpdesk/requests/ipreq.html
The Helpdesk consultants are the people who actually process these requests, so it makes much more sense for us to have control over the request form.
Jon Hunt from DCS maintains the old link. He is putting in a jump page at the old URL that will point people to the new URL.
