1. make page templates and guidelines (kcunning)

2. add note about is-home discuss meeting to comments page (othomas)
3. claris homepage: if you use it, don't put in a doctype statement until
claris fixes the problem of putting the doctype in the title.

4. draft some samples of how to get back to a "local" home (i.e. jump to
the projects section from one of the sub-sub projects pages). (kcunning)
5. may want to attend support-tl meeting on thursday, 4/9 to pitch
standardization to support. (everybody)
6. modify projects page. add tim's about projects stuff to about the
project database section (last entry). keep title "about the projects
database." remove "database" and "I/T" from from page title and <h1>.
fix "on this page" line. (jlittell)
7. make search page that points to web-test ultraseek. (othomas)
