Howdy all,
For those of you who need to get FileMaker 5 (see previous messages), plase note: MIT has a volume license for FileMaker 5. You do NOT need to purchase it yourself!
I will be happy to load the software for you myself, or point you to the volume license page where you can request a CD. (I hesitate to point you to the CD page because we are trying to administer the license through local experts rather than everyone getting his/her own CD. In other words, our hope has been to have one CD per work group or department, so that one point-person can keep track of license usage and fewer CDs have to be pressed.)
If your group does not already have a designated point-person for FileMaker 5, I would be happy to be the FileMaker 5 contact for you and anyone else who uses the databases I administer (stock answers, course registrations, etc.) Please let me know if you need the software loaded and you don't already have a contact-person in your group...
In any case -- don't go out and buy FileMaker 5! We already have it!
Hope this helps...

P.S., thanks, Alicia...
