I have a copy of a technical report from CMU about their Library
Information System II project. It looks very interesting. Basically
it provides access to catalog information and full text journals using
Z39.50 over TCP/IP, with Kerberos for authentication and Hesiod for
finding databases (?), for unix workstations with a Motif UI.
Anybody who is interested in a copy of this, send mail to
vanharen@mit.edu and we'll make some copies next week.
