This is a REMINDER that our next Elibdev meeting will be in a new
location...E40-496, one floor above our traditional meeting place.
From the fourth floor elevators, 496 is straight ahead through the
glass doors.

In the past couple of weeks, a number of articles related to our
topic this month have crossed my path, and without endorsement, I
offer you this list in case you want to do some pre-reading.

1. Pamela Samuelson in the Dec. 94 Communications of the ACM's
Legally Speaking column on NII Intellectual Property Report
(basically argues against the Green Paper's conclusions)

2. Mike Roberts in the Mar/Apr Educom Review On the Hill column
"What is Fair about Fair Use?"

3. Peter Lyman in the Jan/Feb Educom Review
"Copyright and Fair Use in thhe Digital Age"
   http://educom.edu/./educom.review/review.95/jan.feb/lyman

4. Pamela Samuelson in the April. 95 Communications of the ACM's
Legally Speaking column on Copyright and Digital Libraries.

5. Same issue of CACM has the ACM's Electronic Publishing Plan
   as well...
