Today at elibdev we mentioned forms on the Web; I just came across
Indiana University, Bloomington's "Send a Question to the Reference
Department" web form at:
http://lib-www.lib.indiana.edu:8000/0h/html/ref
The form looks like the standard fare, but it's interesting that
they're providing this service, and that they post a Policy
Statement making it clear that they won't reply to inquiries
from someone not affiliated with IUB.
