This Friday's elibdev will consist of a walkthrough and review of Tom
Owen's portion of the new networkable catalogue project. Tom's been
working on how to handle MARC information in this project.
Tom's code is in /mit/owens/Public/marc. An EZ file marcdoc.txt
purports to be documentation about the routines. The code is in
marclib.c and marc.h. This should be accessible to all.
In order to do a review properly, reviewers SHOULD read the code in
advance. I remind you that the basic purpose of a walkthrough is error
DETECTION, not error CORRECTION.
