Hi,
This client is having repeated trouble installing the Eudora installer and
is getting very frustrated. She has called about this before. All that we
can tell her is that sometimes there is trouble with the server. However,
from mail I've received from Chris Murphy, I understand that the net-dist
server has not had a problem with too many people at MIT trying to connect
at once in the past month (this was about a week ago). Is it possible that
the installer is doing something - perhaps ftp'ing the files so fast, that
net-dist thinks its being attacked? What can we tell the client besides
keep trying?
thanks,
Alicia

Is there any better way to do it?
I still have 12 PowerPCs to go.
Could you bundle all the files in the installer?
Thanks,
