Mink Installer not copying 'krbv4w32.dll'

Trying to install 'krbv4w32.dll' via the Mink installer onto a Dell runing
Windows NT 4.0 (note: machine had previous version of kerberos related files).
Mink.log includes the following entry:
File Copy: C:\NET\MIT\KRBV4W32.DLL
however, the dll is not there. Any suggestions?
