I belive the section in the help file you mention is for Windows 3.1
settings, and does not apply for Win95. The way to sync time is to
use the leash program...
Run leash and if it asks for password right away, just hit cancel. Then
push the "Synchronize Time" button at the top of the leash screen. It will
tell you the correct time. Go into windows control panel and change your
clock, or double click the time on the taskbar to change.
Also, I don't know if there's a way to "automate" this under Win95.
