Help Synchronizing Time

According to the Leash Online Help, if I want to sync my computer's
time with the server time I should add "gettime -s" to my "lanwp.bat"
file. I don't seem to have such a file, do you know where I could get
one.
I want to sync my difference, b/c i am continually loosing my network
connection, b/c the time b/t my computer and the server time is too
great.
