dialup outage, no more X

At about 6AM on tuesday 8/4 all of the dialup servers (except
e40-008-9) will be taken down for about 10 minutes to install a kernel
that prevents the use of remote X displays. After this time any user
that wants to use X on a dialup machine will have to use e40-008-9
whixh will have a cname of "athena-x". This restriction on the use of
X on dialups will last through the end of the summer and may become
permenant.
